Just some shameless self promotion today. Today I ran the minneapolis marathon, my 14th marathon. It was a tough day that necessitated a trip to the first aid tent due to the conditions and on top of that I stepped in a pothole at mile 23 and limped the rest of the way in so I deserve this medal.
